Implementation Methodology
CONET has established a common development approach that's
based on many years of experience. This approach incorporates
several key philosophies: team spirit, open communication
of goals and responsibilities, development and use of reusable
code and toolkits, quality assurance checkpoints and configuration
management.
The CONET Discovery Workshop equips our experts with a proven
mechanism to gain a sound understanding of the project scope,
define requirements of the applications and, above all, establish
a positive working relationship with the client. At the completion
of the workshop, CONET analysts will have collected enough
information to complete a detailed estimate of work, identify
all areas of risk, communicate the critical success factors
of the project and application and create a detailed work
plan.
A natural progression of utilizing
development standards is enforcement. Throughout full
life-cycle projects, technical code reviews will be performed
on an as-needed basis. This quality assurance technique
allows CONET to ensure our clients the utmost quality
from the product we deliver.
When designing and developing
a new application, many of the most critical decisions
are made in the initial phases. Two of the most critical
areas are architecture and hardware. In an effort to provide
the best possible architecture and hardware recommendations
for a project, CONET implements a panel of technical experts
to provide insight throughout this planning process.
