Training and development are
keys to our success and therefore, our client's
success. Our training solutions group develops and
deliver several programs to improve the skills and
knowledge of our people in key areas such as marketing,
technology and project management. To fully leverage
the experience of our employees, we often use our
own people as trainers. Other professional courses
not taught at our facility are delivered by certified
training instructors.
All new employees go through
initial training sessions to understand our use
of technology and our business. This allows them
to gain a complete picture of CONET, our mission,
core objectives and values, as well as our organization,
clients and structure.
On an ongoing basis, we offer
new courses as part of our internal curriculum.
We also maintain technology and development labs,
so our implementation specialists can stay current
on the latest software releases from leading vendors.
