The first step in training is to identify your company's
specific training needs through consultation with our Corporate
Training Director. During this consultation, we work with
you to create a training proposal, targeting the population
to be trained and creating performance goals and measurements.
In addition, 100% of the training program will be relevant
to your company and its employees, and the course is scheduled
at your convenience.
As part of the training programs, CONET's trainers provide
evaluations of the course and the participants, including
suggestions for company follow-up and/or further training.
CONET's trainers are also available following completion
of the course to answer questions about the course and provide
guidance on follow-up issues related to the training. Our
